Memorial Cancer Institute (MCI), part of Memorial Healthcare System, is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary oncology team. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide comprehensive psychological care to cancer patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings while collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. The psychologist will play an integral role in supporting patients and their families throughout the cancer journey by delivering evidence-based psychological services designed to improve emotional well-being and quality of life.
Position Highlights
• Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities
• Provide individual psychotherapy for oncology patients
• Facilitate therapeutic support groups
• Deliver psychological services in both outpatient clinics and inpatient oncology units
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology care team
• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients throughout their cancer treatment journey
Qualifications
• Doctorate (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical or Health Psychology
• Active Florida Psychology License or eligibility through PSYPACT
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing individual psychotherapy across a variety of clinical presentations
• Experience working with oncology patients preferred
