patient- & family-centered care (PFCC)

At Memorial, we treat our patients and their families as true partners in healthcare. By sharing information, along with the tools and support they need, we help patients and their loved ones make meaningful choices about their care.

An integrated system

The sharing of patient data gives our providers access to information that improves patient care and safety at the point of care. Memorial Healthcare System utilizes the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system from Epic Systems Corporation. As an integrated EHR, patient data is accessible to our providers in the health system across ambulatory and acute settings.
